Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at wheeltechnology2025@gmail.com. 

Eligible returns must be shipped to our address at Gahanapokhari-5, Hadigaun, Kathmandu, Nepal. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note: Unsolicited returns (items sent without prior approval) will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at wheeltechnology2025@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature or condition. This includes custom-made or personalized orders, products that have been damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling, and items returned without their original packaging and tags. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In Case of Customs Return, where the package is returned to us from customs due to incompletedocumentation, unresponsiveness, or refusal to accept the parcel by the receiver, we will deduct certainpercentage of the order value to cover the international shipping and handling costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
