The hand-painted Chengresi Thangka, woven on fine silk fabric and framed with richly embroidered brocade using traditional Thangka techniques, captures Chengresi, the revered protector and meditational deity in Buddhism.
The Thangka's traditional design portrays Chengresi sitting on a lotus throne in a meditative pose and wearing ornaments. The two central hands are joined at the heart in a prayer-like gesture, holding a blue Cintamani (Wish-Fulfilling Jewel). The upper right hand holds a mala (rosary) made of white crystals. The upper left hand holds a blooming pink lotus flower (Utpala).
This sacred Chenrezig Thangka radiates compassion and is ideal for decor or meditation. Its vivid symbolism inspires protection, wisdom, and divine blessings, elevating any space with spiritual power and reverence.
