Product Description

Questo Avalokitesvara seduto a quattro braccia è stato realizzato a mano da abili artigiani che collaborano con Lunzi Art. La statua è fusa in una lega di ottone di alta qualità utilizzando il tradizionale metodo della cera persa, quindi accuratamente scolpita a mano con motivi intricati, lucidata fino a ottenere una lucentezza abbagliante e infine rifinita con placcatura in oro 24 carati.

Avalokitesvara ha un volto sereno e compassionevole, con un sorriso, e indossa una corona intarsiata con varie gemme e giade. La sua veste è fluente, a dimostrazione del temperamento artistico di un saggio. Le due mani principali sono unite nell'Anjali Mudra sul petto. La mano destra regge un rosario di cristallo (Mala), a simboleggiare la recitazione continua del mantra di sei sillabe "Om Mani Padme Hum". La mano sinistra regge un loto (Utpala), a simboleggiare purezza, sublimazione spirituale e illuminazione. Avalokitesvara siede su un seggio di loto in posizione meditativa, con la tonaca che svolazza dalle braccia al cuscino della seduta, elegante e dinamica, finemente lavorata.
